Terms and Conditions – Bat PKR Online Betting Platform

1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to bat pkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and bat pkr ("we," "us," "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming services available at batpkr.im.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the bat pkr platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use bat pkr's services.

These Terms apply alongside bat pkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with bat pkr, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bat pkr strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify age during registration and at any subsequent point we consider necessary.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activity in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your participation complies with the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, agent, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bat pkr or any of its affiliated suppliers and partners.
• You must not be accessing bat pkr from a jurisdiction where such activities are explicitly prohibited. Bat pkr reserves the right to decline service to players from specific regions without providing a reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep that information updated. Any account registered with materially false information may be suspended or permanently closed.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active bat pkr account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same identity, phone number, device, or IP address — are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance associated with the duplicate account.

Bat pkr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to explain the reason to the applicant.

3. Account Security & Verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat pkr login credentials — your registered mobile number, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) associated with your account. Bat pkr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call.

You must notify bat pkr support immediately at support@batpkr.im if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. Bat pkr accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

KYC Verification: Bat pkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Common triggers for KYC verification include:

• Cumulative withdrawals exceeding Rs 100,000 in a calendar month
• Accounts that have not previously completed full verification
• Any transaction or account behaviour that triggers our internal risk monitoring systems
• Withdrawal requests above specific thresholds as determined by bat pkr's compliance team

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of a verification request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bat pkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances displayed on the platform are in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• IBFT Bank Transfer
• Visa / Mastercard (bank card)

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the same bat pkr account within the same calendar month, unless specific exemptions are approved in writing by bat pkr's finance team. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised withdrawals to unrelated accounts.

Bat pkr reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements will have withdrawal requests held until the verification process is completed. Bat pkr is not liable for delays attributable to bank or payment processor processing times beyond our control.

Bonus-funded balances are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 7 before they are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balances that have not been subject to bonus mixing are eligible for withdrawal at any time.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on bat pkr are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules supplement these general rules and are displayed in the relevant betting section of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when bat pkr issues a bet confirmation reference number. Display of odds on the bat pkr interface does not constitute acceptance of a bet. Bat pkr reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet for operational or risk management reasons.
• Odds Changes: Odds may change between the time you select them and the time your bet is confirmed. If odds change before confirmation, bat pkr will notify you of the new price. You may accept or decline the revised odds.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum stake per bet is Rs 500. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier. Maximum stake limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. VIP accounts carry higher maximum stake allowances on selected markets.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, suspended for an extended period, or if the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or obvious pricing error. Voided bets are refunded to the player's bat pkr account balance in full.
• Obvious Errors: Bat pkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error or human pricing mistake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Examples include odds of 100/1 on a heavily favoured team or decimal odds below 1.01 on any selection.
• Accumulator Bets: All selections within an accumulator must win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the void legs. An accumulator of two or more remaining legs remains active; a single-leg accumulator after voiding is settled as a single.

6. Live & In-Play Betting

Live betting on bat pkr allows players to place bets on events that are already in progress. The following additional rules apply to in-play markets:

• In-play odds are updated continuously. Bat pkr uses automated systems to ensure odds reflect the current match situation, but brief delays or discrepancies may occur. Bat pkr reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Bets placed during a temporary system or feed outage may be voided at bat pkr's discretion if the odds at the time of placement are deemed to have been materially incorrect due to the outage.
• The Cash Out feature allows players to settle open bets before the market's official close. Cash Out availability depends on real-time market conditions. Bat pkr does not guarantee Cash Out will be available on any specific bet or at any specific moment. The Cash Out amount offered reflects the current market value of the open position.
• Bat pkr's live cricket score feed is provided for informational purposes. While we aim to keep it accurate and fast, the live score displayed on bat pkr must not be treated as the sole source of truth for official match results. Official results are determined by the relevant cricket authority (PCB, ICC, or PSL).

Bat pkr markets on Pakistan international cricket and PSL matches benefit from extended pre-match opening times and comprehensive in-play coverage, including ball-by-ball updates and over-specific markets. These markets remain subject to the general rules in Section 5 above.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Bat pkr offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet tokens, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion:

• Welcome Bonus: New bat pkr accounts are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000 on their first deposit. This bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirement: Unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page, all bonus funds at bat pkr are subject to a 10x wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal. This means bonus funds must be wagered ten times across eligible markets. Qualifying bet types, minimum odds thresholds, and market exclusions are stated on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Wagering Contribution: Not all bet types contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. Casino and card game contributions vary by game category. Bets placed at odds below 1.30 or on excluded markets contribute 0%.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date the bonus was credited unless a different expiry is stated for the specific promotion. Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without replacement.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Bat pkr reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending bets placed with bonus funds, and suspend accounts where promotional abuse is detected. This includes, but is not limited to: bonus hunting through low-risk hedging strategies, opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, and coordinated exploitation among a group of accounts.
• Changes to Promotions: Bat pkr may amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the bat pkr platform. Bets already accepted under the previous terms of a promotion will not be retrospectively affected unless the promotion was activated using misleading information.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat pkr. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your bat pkr account:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any feature in a manner not available to ordinary players.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or acting on information that constitutes insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome or specific incidents within that event.
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets through coordinated multi-account wagering or by communicating with other players to exploit pricing inconsistencies.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a bat pkr account.
• Using a bat pkr account for any purpose that could constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud under Pakistani law or applicable international standards.
• Accessing bat pkr via a VPN, proxy, or any other method specifically to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions imposed by bat pkr.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bat pkr staff or other players via any communication channel.

Bat pkr cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct is identified that may constitute a criminal offence, bat pkr will report the matter to the relevant Pakistani authorities and preserve all associated account records.

9. Responsible Gaming

Bat pkr is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we take our responsibility to protect vulnerable players seriously. All bat pkr players have access to the following self-management tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from bat pkr. Temporary exclusions can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account indefinitely. During any active self-exclusion period, bat pkr will not send promotional communications and will decline account access.
• Reality Check: Display a summary of your session activity — time spent, bets placed, net result — at configurable intervals.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the bat pkr platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, written content, odds data, and graphics — is the intellectual property of bat pkr or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any bat pkr content.

You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from bat pkr without prior written consent. Screen captures for personal reference are permitted but may not be published or used for commercial purposes. The bat pkr brand name and logo are registered marks and may not be used without express written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat pkr's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the calendar month in which the claim arises.

Bat pkr is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business, or goodwill resulting from your use of bat pkr
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment processor outages beyond bat pkr's direct control
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
• Any loss attributable to your failure to follow bat pkr's security recommendations or to your voluntary disclosure of your login credentials to a third party

Bat pkr provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

12. Changes to These Terms

Bat pkr may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bat pkr will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and in the bat pkr platform
• Notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where the change affects existing player rights or obligations materially
• Provide a minimum of 7 days' notice before material changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons

Continued use of bat pkr after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using bat pkr and contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of bat pkr shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Pakistani players agree that by using bat pkr they submit to the personal jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms available to them under applicable Pakistani law for the resolution of any claims arising from these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a Pakistani consumer. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

For bet disputes, please submit your claim within 30 days of the disputed event's settlement. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered. Bat pkr will investigate all formally submitted complaints and provide a written response. Bat pkr's decision on disputes is final unless a material procedural error is identified on review.
